Zero Energy Ready - New Homes
The Evergy Zero Energy Ready — New Homes Pilot supports building affordable, super-efficient, single-family homes within the Evergy Missouri service territory. The program offers technical training and incentives for homes that meet the ENERGY STAR® certified homes requirements and/or the DOE’s Zero Energy Ready requirements.
This pilot is a limited offer and closed to additional participants.
Kansas City Low-Income Leadership Assistance Collaborative (KC-LILAC)
KC-LILAC is designed to bring local support resources together to offer the most comprehensive experience for customers who meet the low-income qualifications.
- Focused in areas of energy efficiency, home health, structural repair and integrity
- Meant to create a better, more widespread understanding of what is available for the low-income population
