Low Income Energy Assistance Program

Helping eligible Kansas households pay a portion of their home energy costs.

The Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) is a federally funded program that helps eligible households pay some of their home energy costs by providing a one-time per year benefit. 

You can submit an online application at the Kansas Department for Children and Families website or attend one of our events listed below to learn more and get assistance filling out LIEAP applications.
